You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Voyage Voyage account and for all activity that occurs under it. This includes safeguarding your login credentials and any linked third-party accounts used to access our services. You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You retain ownership of any itineraries, notes, or content you create on Voyage Voyage. However, by providing this content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your content strictly to provide and improve our services. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.

All content, features, and functionality of Voyage Voyage — including our brand, name, logo, software, code, design, text, graphics, and other materials — are owned by Voyage Voyage or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of our services without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or use our platform in a way that harms us or other users (such as data scraping or uploading malicious code).

Voyage Voyage is a travel planning tool. We help you discover, organize, and personalize trip ideas and itineraries, but we do not operate flights, accommodations, tours, or other travel services.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of third-party travel providers, nor for events outside our control — including canceled or delayed flights, adverse weather, natural disasters, health advisories, or booking errors made by you or a third party.

You are solely responsible for verifying all travel details, making your own bookings, and complying with the terms and policies of airlines, hotels, and other providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyage Voyage disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your travel plans or bookings.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyage Voyage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or availability of our digital services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
